CMA – Cyprus Music Archive announces the beginning of its ethnographic training programme for young Cypriots. The training is made up of five workshops, and is open to both Greek and Turkish Cypriots. A total of twenty participants will be chosen, ten from each community. A participation certificate will be given at the end of the training period.
The topics covered include the following:
Dates: 25 January, 8 & 15 February, 15 March, 24 May 2025
Duration: Each training session will last six hours: from 10:00 to 13:00, and from 14:00 to 17:00. From 13:00 to 14:00 there will be lunch.
Where: Goethe-Institut, UN Buffer Zone, Nicosia
Language of instruction: English. Participants will also be able to ask questions in Greek and Turkish.
Cost: The training is offered free of charge. Participants will be reimbursed for their travel expenses; meals and beverages will be provided during the training.
